Are You Looking for Group Therapy?
Are you an executive, business, tech, law, education, arts or healthcare professional, emerging adult, or university student looking to make your life more meaningful? Do you want to be more present in the moment, while reflecting on your past and planning for your future? Do you want to be more effective in your relationships to get want you want and say no to what you don’t, while keeping your self-respect? Do you want to be able to regulate your emotions and handle distress? If you are seeking to build a life that is full of purpose, my dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills groups may be appropriate.
A member of the first cohort of the Linehan Institute’s Behavioral Tech Comprehensive Training for Independent Practitioners, I specialize in integrating DBT for executives, business professionals, emerging adults, educators, and university students. I run DBT Skills Group therapy and executive effectiveness training with Dialectical Behavior Skills, with an evidence-based treatment, shown to be effective in helping people handle life’s challenges.
I have over 18 years of experience working with a diverse group from childhood through adulthood in clinical, consulting, and teaching capacities. My focus is to combine professional or academic achievement goals with social-emotional learning so you can build a life in which has hope, strength, and optimism for making change.
